About the Author
Lillian Elliott is a filmmaker, writer, musician, actress and artist born and raised in Laurel, MD. She graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 2023 with a B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies and a minor in Korean Studies. She created Lost & Found: Pocket Dimension and the surrounding world of Yoro based on a comment her friend Jacob Chrispim said offhand, that it’d be easier to get around campus if they could slip through pocket dimensions. As someone living with chronic illness resulting in limited mobility at times, this really hit home. So she did what she does best, made a fantasy out of it. She has experience writing, directing, producing, shooting, editing, and acting in films and has done costume & set design. She’s most interested in writing and production design, but I love learning about new areas and would love any opportunity to gain new experience in film production and publishing.

What is “Tales from Yoro”?
“Tales from Yoro” is a fantasy series set on a planet called Yoro where magic is a common genetic trait amongst a little over half of the population. The series begins with two short films “Lost & Found: Pocket Dimensions” and “Dissolved Mysteries: The Lost Princess.” It will later be expanded through additional videos, graphic novels, books and music.
